I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

Hi, I’m Teeshka, and I’m fortunate to have a life that I can design around the creative activities I’m passionate about, the travel I love, and to run a portable, online business fostering learning and personal development.
I worked in education and training for twenty years and received great satisfaction empowering others in their learning and career journey. I’m a Canadian who enjoys travelling, and I’ve had the pleasure of living and working abroad. These days I have lots of creative projects on the go, from writing and art journalling to hosting local dance events. I’m grateful for the freedom to now design work around my life, rather than to squeeze my life around a work schedule.
There's nothing better than working with self-motivated people who are excited and ready to design this level of freedom and flexibility for their own lives. THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: I started my business journey over 20 years ago as a consultant and trainer for both corporate and non-profit businesses. Later I took on several leadership roles at educational organizations. Working long hours began to take its toll. And not having the freedom to go at my own speed when working for others made me restless and stressed. I gradually came to understand that aligning personal development and purpose in my work was most important to me. I was looking to connect with people who intuitively understood that the power to evolve your business or the world you live in comes when you first start with yourself.
THE BOOKS THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: I read widely and with abandon! I’ve always loved reading about unique thought leaders and outliers, and their approaches to science, business, the arts, and life in general, wondering what made their thinking, their life or career success so unique. From “The Pleasure of Finding Things Out” by Richard Feynman, to “Ask and It Is Given,” by Esther & Jerry Hicks, and countless others, they ignited my curiosity and inspired me to learn and grow. After all the reading and research, I was able to apply new concepts I learned into my personal life and creative activities, but still struggled to figure out how to align these ideas in my work and to be financially rewarded for my efforts.
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM: I stepped out of the workforce for a couple of years to provide caregiving for my aging parents and needed a flexible income solution to work remotely around my family commitment. What started as a need to adapt to my new circumstances ended up in a thriving solution! I found my way to this business that I run today, representing award winning personal development training. Working online, I take my business with me wherever I travel, and today I design my work schedule around the things I love to do: writing, painting and travelling. I connect with an incredible team from Canada, the U.S., U.K. and Australia/N/Z. It’s an absolute delight to work alongside positive, purpose-driven entrepreneurs and be part of a truly supportive community of individuals who exemplify the best in this field.
I’m grateful to have had those few years accompanying my mum on her journey to age 96! And I’m so thankful it gave me the circumstance to need and want to design my own next stage in life, appreciating how important it is to spend time each day doing more of what we love.
